B2B Content Strategy
Content Written for the People Who Have to Say Yes
B2B content strategy and production across Dubai, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, in Arabic and English.
Content strategy for a regional B2B buyer is not a blog calendar. It is working out what a committee of five to twelve people each need to read before they can agree, in the language they prefer to read it in, in the format they will actually finish.
Most content marketing in this market is produced for an audience of one: the person who commissioned it. That is why so much of it is polished, expensive and quietly ignored.
Content With Purpose
Why Content Strategy Comes First
A regional B2B purchase is decided by a committee of five to twelve people, and each of them needs something different before they can say yes. The technical buyer wants proof it integrates. Compliance wants the audit trail. The economic buyer wants a business case they can defend upward.
A blog calendar does not answer any of that. A content strategy works out who has to be convinced, in the language they prefer to read, in the format they will actually finish, and then measures itself on influenced pipeline rather than traffic.

What the Work Involves
Five Things That Have to Exist Before You Publish
Topic authority is what makes a search engine, and increasingly an answer engine, treat you as a source rather than a result. It is also the slowest thing to build and the first thing abandoned when a quarter goes badly.
These five pieces are what stop a content programme from becoming a list of posts nobody can connect to revenue. Skipping any of them is how organizations end up two years and a hundred articles into something they cannot defend in a budget meeting.

Know Your Audience
Personas Are Only Useful If They Have Names and Constraints
A persona document that describes "the modern marketing leader" and her love of efficiency is worth nothing. A useful one says: this person approves at this level, evaluates over these months, reads in this language, and cannot proceed until legal has seen a specific document.
We build them from interviews with your team and, where you will allow it, with your actual customers. The output is not a poster for the wall. It is a list of what each person must believe before the deal can move, which becomes the brief for everything we then write.

How the Strategy Is Built
From Audience Research to Continuous Improvement
Most B2B positioning in this market is interchangeable. Swap the logo on three competitors' home pages and nobody notices. That is not a creative failure so much as a decision that was never made: what are you actually better at, and who are you willing to be worse for.
We settle that first, in language your own sales team will repeat without being told to. If your people will not say it on a call, it is not messaging, it is decoration.
Before commissioning anything new we read what exists and map it against the committee: which role each piece serves, which stage it fits, which language it exists in, and which of it is actively working against you.
The usual finding is that a third can be consolidated or retired, a third needs an Arabic counterpart rather than a translation, and the genuine gaps are middle-of-funnel material for the technical and compliance readers, which almost nobody produces.
Keyword research done properly here means measuring demand in this market rather than importing a list from elsewhere. Volumes for English B2B terms in the Gulf are genuinely small, and a term with twenty searches a month whose searcher is running a nine-month procurement is worth more than a thousand irrelevant ones.
Arabic is where the volume actually is, often several times the English equivalent, with a fraction of the competition. We plan for both and tell you honestly which terms are worth chasing and which are vanity.
Content reporting lives in the CRM, so the question "which pieces show up in deals that closed" has an answer rather than a theory. Traffic is tracked as a leading indicator and never as the target.
Every quarter we look at what earned its place and what did not, and we retire things. A content programme that only ever adds is a programme nobody is really reading.

Common Questions
Before You Get in Touch
Publishing less, in two languages, aimed at named roles. The regional B2B market does not reward volume: it rewards being the source a committee can circulate and an answer engine can quote. That means Arabic content produced natively rather than translated, formats people will finish on a phone, and reporting tied to deals rather than sessions. Most of what is sold as content marketing here is still a monthly post count.
Fewer pieces than most agencies propose, aimed more precisely. A committee of five to twelve people needs material for each role in it, which is a coverage problem rather than a volume problem. Publishing more undifferentiated posts is the most common and most expensive mistake we are asked to fix.
It depends on who signs. Around 72% of the regional audience expects Arabic content and 43% specifically need bilingual material, but in several sectors the technical buyer works in English by default. We map that per persona rather than applying one rule to the whole programme.
Both, and we would rather do both. A strategy handed over for someone else to execute tends to drift within two months, because the judgement calls that matter are made at the writing desk, not in the plan.
Influenced pipeline, not traffic. Traffic is a leading indicator and a poor target: the useful question is which pieces appear in deals that close, which is why we wire content reporting into the CRM rather than leaving it in an analytics tool.
