Claim Your Free Audit
Tell us who you are and a little about the portal. We reply the same business day with the two-minute key instructions.
No Portal Access Required
How It Works
There is nothing to install and nobody to invite. The whole exchange runs on one read-only key, which you can revoke the moment the report is in your hands.
You Create a Key
A read-only private app under Settings, then Integrations, then Private Apps. It grants no login and adds no user, and most teams are done inside five minutes, IT department included.
We Run the Audit
The engine reads users, domains, email authentication, pipelines, workflows, lists, properties and content, and scores each area against portals of the same size and shape. Nothing is written to your portal.
We Walk You Through the Findings
A scored report and a working session with our team: what is broken, what it costs you, and what to fix first. Delivered in seven to ten business days.
Read-Only, Full Coverage
What Gets Scored
Foundation
Users and permissions, connected domains, email authentication, tracking and integrations. The plumbing, which is where the quiet failures start.
Marketing Hub
Campaigns, emails, forms, lists and workflows: which automation still fires for a reason somebody can name, and which fires out of habit.
Sales Hub
Pipelines, lifecycle stages, record quality and rep activity. This is where forecast credibility is won or lost.
Service Hub
Ticket pipelines, knowledge base, surveys, NPS and CSAT. Usually the least configured hub, and the fastest set of wins on the roadmap.
Content
Blog, landing pages, site pages, redirects and HubDB. Old builds accumulate risk here long after anyone stops looking at them.
Properties
The full property inventory: fill rates, dead fields, governance. The evidence behind any data-quality conversation with your CRM owner.
What You Receive
A Report Your Whole Team Can Use
Not a sales teaser: a scored, evidence-backed report your leadership can read and your operations team can work from, walked through with our consultants.
- A portal health score with per-area maturity ratings
- Findings ranked Critical to Low, each with the evidence behind it
- Quick wins flagged where the fix is under two hours and the impact is high
- A prioritized roadmap from P0 Immediate to P4 Backlog
- Exports as PDF, PPTX and XLSX, ready for your next leadership meeting
- A walkthrough session with the team that ran the audit
Benchmarks, Not Opinions
Findings You Can Act On, Not Adjectives
Every check compares your portal against how healthy portals of the same size actually look: how many live workflows they run, what complete email authentication coverage means, where lifecycle stages usually break down.
The report does not stop at "Service Hub is underused." It names the ticket pipeline with no automation and the surveys that never launched, and it puts a priority on each fix. Whether your team does the work or ours does, everyone starts from the same evidence.

What People Do First
Three Things Clients Usually Act On Straight Away
Stop Paying for the Unused
Seats held by people who last logged in during onboarding, a marketing contact count inflated by records nobody markets to, and Hub features being paid for and never configured. Usually the fastest money on the table, and it needs no project to recover.
Fix the Data Before the Automation
Almost everyone wants to start with workflows. Deduplication, associations and property cleanup come first, because automation built on a database people distrust simply distributes the distrust faster.
Rebuild the One Report That Matters
Not the dashboard suite. The single report leadership actually opens, built so it reconciles with finance and refreshes itself. It buys back a person's week every month and it makes the rest of the plan fundable.

What Our Clients Say
Why It Is Free
There is a reason, and it is not complicated. We are the team organizations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt call when a HubSpot portal needs to earn its keep, and the audit is how we prove it before you have spent anything. Some audits end with the report: your team takes the roadmap and fixes it in-house, and that is a perfectly good outcome. Some become engagements, because the fastest way to fix a portal is often the team that just read every corner of it. Either way, the findings are yours.
One audit per organization, standing offer. If a HubSpot representative sent you here, this is the page they meant.

Free Portal Audit FAQ
Yes. One audit per organization, no invoice, and claiming it does not commit you to anything afterwards. If you want it repeated later, that is a conversation; the first is free.
Any business or organization running HubSpot: one portal, one audit. It is most valuable when the portal has been live for a year or more and nobody can quite say what all of it does.
You create a read-only private app access token in HubSpot under Settings, then Integrations, then Private Apps. It takes a few minutes, grants no login, adds no user to your portal, and you can revoke it with one click the moment the report is delivered. We never ask for portal access, a user seat, or a partner connection.
The token is used for the audit run and never stored. We confirm completion so you can revoke it immediately, and we will sign an NDA first if your organization requires one.
Seven to ten business days from the moment the key reaches us. If you need it sooner for a board date or a budget cycle, say so in the request and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
The scored report is delivered in English today. If your team runs in Arabic, ours does too: ask when you claim the audit and we will run the walkthrough in Arabic.
Nothing, unless you want it to. Your team can take the roadmap and fix everything in-house. If you would rather we did the fixing, we will quote exactly the items on the roadmap, in the order the report already justified. The findings are yours either way.
Then we say so, which happens more often than you would expect. A portal in decent condition with a single structural problem is a common finding, and telling you that is more useful to us than manufacturing a programme of work you do not need.
The grader scores one website from the outside on speed, mobile, SEO and security. This looks inside your HubSpot instance at configuration, data, automation, adoption and reporting. Different instrument, different question, and you can have both.
