Website Design & Development
B2B Website Design and Development in the UAE
Websites built for how this region actually reads: mobile first, right-to-left where it matters, and fast on a connection you do not control.
A website here has to do more than look current. It has to load on a phone over a variable connection, render correctly in Arabic when the audience expects it, and give a buying committee of five to twelve people enough substance to circulate internally without a sales call. Most regional B2B sites fail at least two of those.
We work as a website design and development company across Dubai, the wider UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and we build on HubSpot Content Hub so the site and the CRM are one system rather than two that need reconciling every month.
Built to Be Circulated
Your Website Is the Only Thing Working at 2am
Somewhere inside the six to nine months an enterprise decision takes here, your website gets opened by somebody you will never meet. A finance director checking whether the company is real. An IT reviewer looking for a security page. A procurement officer building a shortlist at eleven at night, three weeks before you hear the name of the account.
None of them will fill in a form. They decide whether you make the next round on what they can find and how fast it loaded. That is the job the site is actually doing, and it is not the job most B2B sites in the region were built for.

What We Build
Web Development That Answers to the Pipeline
Most of the sites we are asked to fix were built to be looked at rather than used. They photograph well, they load slowly, they say very little a buyer could act on, and nothing on them connects to the CRM, so nobody can say which page influenced which deal.
We build the other kind: fewer pages, faster, written for the person who has to justify you internally, and wired into HubSpot so the answer to "where did that deal come from" is a report rather than an argument.

Buyer-First Foundations
Structure Comes From the Committee, Not the Org Chart
Most B2B sites are organized the way the company is organized: a page per department, a menu that mirrors the internal structure. Buyers do not think that way, and a committee of five to twelve people thinks in five to twelve directions at once.
So we start by mapping who has to say yes, what each of them needs to believe, and where in the process they arrive. The navigation and the page set come out of that map. It is why the technical evaluator finds an integrations page without asking for one, and why the economic buyer finds something they can forward internally without rewriting it first.

How a Build Runs
From Buyer Research to Continuous Improvement
Grey boxes first. What goes on each page, in what order, and what the visitor is meant to do next. Getting agreement at this stage is cheap; getting it after a design round costs a fortnight and somebody's goodwill.
It is also where the awkward questions get asked. Is there anything on this site a procurement officer could use? Does the person who has to sign have a reason to read past the first screen?
We work from your existing brand rather than proposing a rebrand you did not ask for. Where the brand has gaps, and most do once you put it on a screen at 360 pixels wide, we fill them and hand back what we made, so your team can keep building on it after we leave.
Arabic website design is a structural decision, not a stylesheet. Mirrored layouts, numerals, mixed-direction strings, line height and a typeface that survives at small sizes all get settled during wireframing, and the Arabic and English versions are built together.
Retrofitting right-to-left onto a finished English site is the expensive way to do this, and it is how most regional sites end up with an Arabic version nobody uses.
Pages are assembled from reusable modules rather than hand-built one at a time. Your marketing team can then launch a landing page without a developer, which is the difference between a site that stays current and a site that quietly stops being updated four months after launch.
Because it is on the same platform as the CRM, personalization and attribution are configuration rather than an integration project.
Launch is the midpoint. From there the site is improved in continuous sprints against real behaviour: which pages get read, where committees drop off, what the mobile numbers say about your heaviest templates.
The alternative, which is what most organizations here are on, is spending heavily every third year to replace a site whose problems were visible in month two.

Common Questions
Before You Get in Touch
Both, and the distinction is worth being clear about. Plenty of web development companies in the UAE will build you a good-looking site that has no relationship with your CRM. Plenty of HubSpot partners will configure a CRM and treat the website as somebody else's problem. We do the website design and development and the platform work in the same engagement, which is the only way the attribution reconciles.
HubSpot Content Hub is our default, because a site on the same platform as the CRM gives you attribution that actually reconciles and personalization that is not a separate integration project. Where a client has a strong reason to be elsewhere we will say so honestly rather than force the platform.
Yes, and properly. Arabic website design is a structural decision made at the start, not a stylesheet applied at the end: mirrored layouts, mixed-direction strings, numerals and a typeface that holds up at small sizes. We build the Arabic experience alongside the English one so neither reads as the translated afterthought.
Launch is the midpoint. Our growth-driven approach treats the launch site as the first version and improves it against real behaviour in continuous sprints, rather than shipping a redesign and leaving it untouched for three years.
Yes. Migration, redirect mapping and preserving the search equity you have already earned is routine work for us, and getting the redirects wrong is one of the most expensive mistakes in a redesign.
